ELEV8 Olympic Weightlifting
Technical, structured coaching in the snatch and clean & jerk led by a USA Weightlifting National Coach. We work with beginners learning the lifts properly, youth athletes building strong foundations, student-athletes improving power and coordination, and competitive lifters preparing for local, national, and international platforms. Programming follows progressive training cycles focused on technique, strength development, and intelligent loading. Every athlete is coached with precision and long-term development in mind. From the first lift to the international stage, the standard stays the same.
ELEV8 Powerlifting
Structured powerlifting coaching focused on building strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. We work with beginners learning proper technique, youth lifters as young as 9, Masters athletes, collegiate competitors, and athletes competing on state and national stages. Our lifters have set state records and progressed to higher levels through disciplined, progressive programming. Every phase emphasizes technical precision, intelligent loading, and long-term strength development. From the first meet to the national platform, coaching remains structured, accountable, and performance-driven.
